She works with organisations and communities so they can better align their work with alternative economics movements. As a Gross National Happiness Trainer through the Gross National Happiness Center in Bhutan and a Right Livelihood Coach, Della provides individuals and organisations with tools to support the transition into a more sustainable and equable world, where people find fulfilment and meaning in their work.
