Personal & Executive Coaching

One conversation.
The whole person.

Angela works with people 1:1 across the full range of what professional and personal life can throw at a person. Nearly thirty years of experience. No scripts. No surface work. And no dragging you somewhere you have not chosen to go.

Why this work exists

The skills most essential to a good life are almost never deliberately taught.

Emotional awareness. Self-regulation. Critical thinking. The ability to observe your own thinking rather than simply be driven by it.

These are not innate. They are learnable. And the window for learning them is closing. At the very moment they matter most, we increasingly outsource the thinking they require to apps and AI that are happy to do it for us.

Coaching, in Angela’s hands, is where that gap gets addressed. Not through training, but through skill development in a personal context. Where the material is your actual life, and the practice is happening in real time.

The approach

There is no meaningful separation between professional and personal life.

The way we think, feel, communicate, and relate follows us everywhere. What shows up in a boardroom often has the same roots as what shows up at home. So Angela does not isolate problems. She looks at patterns.

The work is practical, adaptive, and grounded in real life. Angela draws on a wide range of modalities. Informed by nearly thirty years of working with people across different ages, industries, and cultures. She has trained as a holistic counsellor, and her work is trauma-informed.

At the same time, this is not about archaeological digs into the past. If something from the past is clearly influencing the present, it gets addressed. If a bone is sticking out, it does not get ignored. But there is no rummaging around for things that are not relevant to moving forward.

"The focus is always on creating a present that works and a future worth moving toward."

Before working with her first client, Angela spent fifteen years doing her own work. She was not willing to ask others to go somewhere she had not been prepared to go herself.

Two ways to work together

The scope is clear. You decide where the work goes.

Angela works with clients who arrive through organisations and clients who arrive on their own. The approach is the same. The scope is different. And that distinction matters.

Arranged by an organisation

Executive & Leadership Coaching

When an organisation engages Angela to work with one of their leaders, the focus stays on leadership and professional effectiveness. That is the brief, and Angela respects it.

There is one exception. If something personal. A belief, a pattern, a fear. Is directly in the way of the work, they will address it. Not because it is interesting, but because leaving it there makes the professional work harder to sustain.

You will not be taken into territory you have not chosen. The work stays in scope unless you open the door.

Personal coaching

Open to everything.

Personal coaching with Angela has no predetermined scope. People bring what they bring. And it is rarely just one thing. The professional and personal are usually tangled, and the work is not afraid of that.

Over nearly thirty years, Angela has worked with people on:

There are very few human challenges Angela has not encountered. That breadth means she can meet you exactly where you are. Without needing to be led there slowly.

The depth behind the work

Angela was doing this work before it had a name.

Coaching as a recognised profession did not exist when Angela began. For years she described what she did without a formal title. And regularly had to clarify that no, she was not a basketball coach.

The profession eventually caught up. Angela holds a Master Coach accreditation with the Australian New Zealand Coaching Institute, trained as a holistic counsellor, holds a Graduate Certificate in NLP, and continues to evolve her practice through ongoing study and direct client work.

She has worked with people between the ages of five and eighty-five, across every level of organisation, from factory floor to board level. And with clients from (so far) 38 countries, the breadth is not incidental. It means she has seen the full range of what human beings face, and how those challenges show up differently across cultures, contexts, and stages of life.

"When I speak with Angela one-on-one, I feel as though I am the only person in her world. She has an incredible ability to listen. And with that comes confronting questions. Anyone who wants to grow must be willing to have faith in the process and be open."
