The Emotionally Productive Leader is an interactive course with scheduled individual and group coaching sessions

The facilitated program consists of eight online group sessions and two individual sessions over approximately three months.

  • Each group meeting starts with a short summary of what you have explored through videos and practical exercises in the time between sessions.
  • During the subsequent coaching conversation you take the learnings you have made into your personal context and benefit from Angela’s coaching as well as the insights of other participants.

The course continues beyond the sessions. Preparing for the next session with new information and practicing new tools in between meetings are an essential part of the program and include:

This confidential environment sparks enriching conversations and transformative insights.

  • In the one-hour individual coaching session after the first group session, you set your goals and address obstacles that could get in the way.
  • During a midway check-in with Angela you have the opportunity to evaluate how you are progressing, adjust your trajectory or fine-tune your goals.
  • In the third individual session after the final group session, you review what you have achieved and plan the way forward so you can continue confidently on your leadership journey.
